The groups of event types — the tiles the monitoring screen shows. A monitor may name a group instead of its event types (MonitorEventCategory).

A group nothing serves is listed with available: false and the reason, so a client can render every group from one list instead of hard-coding them. Creating a monitor with such a group is refused with that reason. Today that is beneficial_owners.

Replaces unavailable_groups on the retired GET /monitor-event-types.
