Add a company or person to a list
You send only its id; the name is resolved from the register. Adding a company or
person that is already on the list answers 200 with the item as it is, and changes
nothing: its note and metadata stay. Change them with updateListItem. One the register
no longer holds is answered 404, as a first add would be.

The list's id (lst_…). Until 2026-12-31 a raw UUID is still accepted, and the
response says so with Deprecation and Sunset.

Makes a retry safe. A request repeated with the same key within 24 hours returns
the first successful response (with Idempotent-Replayed: true) instead of acting
twice; an error is not stored, so its retry runs again. Reusing a key with a different
body returns 422; retrying while the first request is still running returns 409.
