Delete a notification endpoint
Stop sending notifications here.
This disables the endpoint; the row is kept, because the record of where something was
sent is kept. It therefore stays in GET /notification-endpoints with disabled: true,
and can be turned back on with PATCH. Deleting an endpoint that is already disabled
answers 200 again.
