List alerts
What changed on the companies you monitor, newest first.
One alert is one change reported to one monitor. The same change reported to two of your monitors is two alerts; the same change is never two alerts for one monitor.
effective_date is the date the register recorded the entry and can be years before
created_at, which is when this estate detected it — a monitor reports an entry
whatever its date, so an alert about a 2018 relocation can arrive today.
notified is false for a change that was detected but not sent to you — either
because delivery is not switched on for your account yet, or because you had no active
notification endpoint when the change was decided (adding one afterwards does not resend
it). Changes suppressed for any other reason — a duplicate of one you already had, a
first observation, a superseded decision — are not alerts and are not listed.
